Uploading Videos
Once your video is rendered and you have a connected YouTube account, you can publish (or schedule) directly from the Approve & Export step.How to upload
- Complete your flow and reach the Approve & Export step
- Review the final video
- Open the YouTube tab in the publish panel
- Fill in the video details:
- Title — Your video’s title (up to 100 characters)
- Description — Video description (supports links and hashtags)
- Tags — Press Enter or comma to add tags for discoverability
- Category — Pick the category that best fits your content
- Visibility — Public, Unlisted, or Private
- Made for kids — Set this if your content is directed at children (required by YouTube)
- (Optional) Toggle Schedule and pick a future date and time
- Click Publish Now (or Schedule Post)
- The video is published to your connected YouTube channel
Scheduling
When the schedule toggle is enabled, the video is uploaded immediately but kept private until your chosen time, then automatically switches to public.Upload status
After initiating the upload:- A progress indicator shows the upload status
- Once complete, you’ll get a link to the published video on YouTube
- The video may take a few minutes to process on YouTube’s side before it’s fully available
Tips
- Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions for better discoverability
- Add relevant tags to help YouTube categorize your content
- Videos are uploaded in the rendered quality (9:16 MP4) — ideal for YouTube Shorts
- You can also download the video first and upload manually — open Upload manually instead in the panel
