Managing Your Subscription
Viewing your subscription
Go to Plans in the sidebar to see:
- Your current plan
- Monthly credit allocation
- Remaining credits
- Next billing date
- Subscription status
Upgrading
- Go to Plans
- Select a higher tier
- Complete payment — the difference is prorated
Your credit allocation increases immediately.
Downgrading
- Go to Plans
- Select a lower tier
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You keep your current credit allocation until the billing period ends.
Canceling
- Go to Plans
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, you retain access but no new credits are added
When your subscription ends, unused credits remain in your account but no new credits are added monthly. You can still use remaining credits or purchase credit packs.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Hyperclip does not store your payment information directly.
Subscription auto-refresh
Your subscription status is automatically checked every 60 seconds. If you’ve just subscribed or renewed, your credits should appear within a minute.
