Fixed Context Media

Fixed Context Media is a configuration of the Media Upload node where a media URL is pre-set during flow design. The media stays constant across all runs of a flow — users don’t need to upload anything each time.
This is not a separate node type. It’s a Media Upload node with a pre-configured URL set in the flow builder. The node appears as “Media Upload” in the node picker.

How to set it up

  1. Add a Media Upload node in the flow builder
  2. In the node’s configuration panel, set a Fixed Media URL and Media Type (image, video, or audio)
  3. When the flow runs, the node automatically provides the pre-set media instead of prompting the user to upload
