The Background Audio node lets you search and add royalty-free background music from Jamendo’s music library to your video.

How it works

  1. Receives a video from the input handle
  2. Search Jamendo’s music library by keyword, mood, or genre
  3. Preview tracks and select one
  4. The selected track is mixed into the video as background audio
  5. The video with background audio is output

No engine selection needed — this node uses Jamendo’s music search API.

Free — 0 credits. Jamendo provides royalty-free music.

Artifact data

The selected track’s metadata is stored in the artifact:
  • audioUrl — URL of the music track
  • audioTitle — Track title
  • audioArtist — Artist name
  • audioDuration — Track duration in seconds
  • audioLicenseUrl — License information URL

Tips

  • This node is interactive — you search and select music during flow execution
  • Search by mood keywords like “upbeat”, “cinematic”, “calm” for best results
  • The music is mixed at a lower volume to not overpower voiceover
  • Place this after Voiceover if you want both narration and background music
